In Hungary, from 1 September 2021, all the guests’ personal data must be recorded in the accommodation management software by a document scanner, and then the accommodation provider must forward these data to the Closed Guest Information Database system (VIZA). Based on the authorization of the law, the accommodation provider is entitled to request the photo identification document (ID card, driving licence) for the identification of each guests; the guests must present it, regardless of age, it is necessary also for children. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.

General Information
In order to ensure our guests’ undisturbed rest, our adult-friendly accommodation can’t host children under the age of 14.

We can provide the rooms from 2 p.m. on the day of the arrival, please inform our reception in advance, if you will arrive after 6 p.m!

We can provide a limited number of camera-monitored parking options in our inner courtyard for our hotel guests. Cars with a maximum width of 205 cm can enter into our yard. We can’t reserve a parking place in advance, but there are more free parking places in front of the building and on the ‘Ady Endre’ Street nearby.
We would like to inform you that we cannot accept pets in the pension and restaurant. Also, the buildings do not have elevators or accessible facilities.
The a’la carte breakfast (included in the room’s price) can be enjoyed in the Lumen Restaurant every day between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Please let us know about your special dietary needs (allergies, intolerances) in advance!
You can pay at our reception desk between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. in cash (only HUF), with credit cards (MasterCard, Maestro and Visa) or SZEP card (MBH, K&H, OTP). We would like to inform you that the local / tourist tax can’t be paid by SZEP card.
All of our rooms and our restaurant are non-smoking; you can smoke only in the designated smoking area. The regulation is also valid for the electric cigarettes and for all other tobacco products.
We kindly ask our guests to respect the peace of the further guests and do not disturb them by making noises. Please, be so kind and take care of each other’s peace with a special regard between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., thank you!
